How to Plan & Prepare Quick Meals at Phillies Bridge Farm Project

It’s 6:00 — Do You Know What You’re Making for Dinner?
How to Plan and Prepare Quick Meals with
Fresh Produce and Healthy Shortcuts
Saturday, September 14th, 10-11:30 AM
with Nava Atlas

Often, when people consider improving their diet, one of the main obstacles is the eternal question of “What’s for dinner?” There’s also the notion that healthy cooking is time-consuming, complicated, and expensive. This workshop will show you how to make amazing dinners even after a long, tiring day. Combining fresh produce with natural ready-made sauces and other convenient ingredients that can be found in most supermarkets, you’ll learn how to make a healthy vegan dinner any day of the week in 20 minutes — or less! This event is a demo and tasting.
