Dynamic Strength Fitness Class at Fighting Spirit Karate

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 9:30am

A creative mix of high intensity interval training and light strength based workouts performed in a safe and modifiable application for all involved. The workouts are constantly varied targeting all muscle groups, cardiovascular and neuro-muscular systems. Dynamic Strength class will improve your cardio, balance, strength and coordination at any level of fitness.
